A lot of affiliates do not know how to write a review properly and the result of a poorly organized review is bad profits, Keep in mind that writing is work and the time and effort you put into writing should pay you well. There is a very seductive approach on how to write sales letters that are well known by copywriters and experienced affiliate marketers that converts visitors to sales very accurately, but few affiliates is taking advantage of this formula in reviews. Trough this article I like to tech you how to write a review that really sells. After you have read this you will know how to write a review that gets noticed, how to created desirable content and most importantly, you will know what you are doing, why you are doing it and you will be able to create profitable content again.

The first thing to do before even starting to write a review is to find out if the product has potential to sell. Find out what people are saying about it in forums, blogs etc. If the product are known on the internet as a scam or rip of you should not even be writing about it. If your chosen product is appreciated by people than go ahead and write a review on it.

1. Your introduction.
The title of your review needs to be intriguing, boring titles are often ignored. You need to really write a title that gets attention. A title that appeals to emotion is very seductive, any emotion. even if it causes doubt or a negative response to your title. Most people tends to love drama and the more dramatic your title are the more appealing it will be to read.

2. Be friendly.
Talk to your readers in a friendly tone, as if you where talking to a friend. In a sense that you are just trying to help them make a good decision to buy a product. You can even discuss it in your review in a manipulative way. What you want to do is to make them remember how it feels to get a good advice from a friend. You can say something in the lines of: “I do not often trust sales letter because I know that a lot of them are just scams, but it was different with this product because a friend of mine who I really feel trust in advised me to give this product a try because this guy have used it and had pleasant results and you do feel so much safer when you get this advice from a friend rather than a sales letter right?” you want to put your reader in a friendly mode.

3. Compare your product to other products with bad reputation.
It tends to be very profitable to scare your visitors like, your product is the only product they can trust on the internet because most of them are scams. And do not take it to extremes because a lot of people are trying to sell this way, don’t be pushy about it because your readers are not stupid they will bust you.

4. Present your self or the product as authority in the niche.
Present your self as an expert in the subject or the product as the best on the market, people trust authorities and if you appear as an expert in the subject they will take your advice a lot more seriously, and/or if the creator of the product you sell is an authority you can use that as trust builder.

5. Ask them to buy right now!
As your visitors are reading your review they are pretty much under your influence with in reason, at one point or another you need to ask them to follow your link to the sales page, if you do not ask them to buy from you it is not a certain thing that they will. They might hit the back button and read another review and make a purchase. You want to mention the opportunity to visit the sales page and find out more about the product and features where they also can purchase this product. And you need to present a tasty offer. If there is a discount or the possibility to download a freebie from the vendors page you can use that as bait. “if you decide to buy this product right now you can follow this link to the vendors page where you also can get a free e-book” or in the first paragraphs you can write something like. “At the end of this review you will be provided with a link to the site where you can buy this product today and put it to use right now, and also get a free e-book/or what ever.”

So in short words, first you make sure that your chosen product are respected online. You make an emotional title. You speak in a friendly manner and you compare it to products that you think of as scams, you make sure they take your word for it by presenting your self as an authority in the subject, you know what you are talking about because you have been doing this for a long time etc. and you give them a call to action, buy this right now and give it a try if you do not like it you can always go for the money back guarantee (few people go trough the hassle of that anyway.) So there you have it, How to write a review that sales like crazy! Good luck.

Most countries are friendly to checks, specially USA and therefore you will receive your payment in checks from most of the top affiliate programs, but if you live out side of USA you might not have the smoothest responses from your bank. I live in Sweden and the pay check system is really hated by the banks here, in fact they are trying there best to get rid of the pay check system along with a hole bunch of other countries.

In Sweden you will have to visit your bank and leave your check with them, they will control the check by calling your affiliate program, and it takes about 1 week before you get your money out. You will also have to pay them 350 KR (55 dollars) for all there work. Doing this twice a month can really get to you so you might want to find out how your countries attitude towards checks are before you decide who you could work with.

Clickbank sends out affiliate checks twice a month and checks is the only payment option. You might want to look at independent affiliate programs with paypal payment witch will make your cash a lot more easy to access. As well as look at some of the other big affiliate programs that allow more options that just checks. Of course, when you make a lot of money it will not be any problem to get affiliate checks out, but if your only starting out and making hundreds of bucks a month it might not be worth all the effort.

The most important part of your affiliate marketing is to find hot products to sell and it should also be the most time consuming part. You need to do a lot of research, spend a lot of time on it because choosing witch products to sell is the key to make money as an affiliate. I would suggest that you spend days, if not weeks on choosing witch products to sell because without a nice product with a high demand and low competition, the rest of your work (writing content, article marketing etc) is basically a waste of time.

1. Start of looking trough the areas where you’re already the man.
You can find hot products to sell in your hobbies and interests, in your work to if you have any special expertise from that area. It does not matter what it is. You might think that few share your hobbies or that there are no products for that niche, almost everything is available to sell online and if you haven’t found anything of that niche on the major affiliate programs like commission junction, clickbank etc, you can always try typing nameoftheniche “affiliate program” in google and find out if there is any independent affiliate programs. What you want to find is products with very low competition but still find data of monthly searches. The rarer the niche the better your odds will be.

2. Get ideas from your environment.
There are objects almost every ware and you can sell most of it. Keep that in mind and you will notice that you com up with new ideas all day long. What is the name of your watch and its model? What is the name your TV design? Do you own a sauna? What sort of kitchen knifes do you have? I had a J.A. Henckels kitchen knife set, the google keyword tool had data of it and the long tail keyword “Henckels five star set” was absolutely perfect no competition but still search volume.

3. Get ideas from eBay.
Choosing witch products to sell by getting inspiration from eBay is a nice way that a lot of affiliates don’t think about. When someone put up an add on eBay, the ad/product attracts buyers and they place bids on it. You can brows trough interesting categories and search for products with lots of bids. You can find products this way that are very rare but have a high demand. The number of bids on an abject on eBay is also a good indicator of how low competition your up against, if you find hot products to sell you could be the number one in google rapidly, and you can get the bunch of bidders who gets turned down.

4. Do some keyword research.
Use keyword tools to find hot products to sell, go trough all the niches you can think of and see what turns up. After you find something interesting try to squeeze the competition down by adding on words to it or click the link and find related results to that keyword. Long tail keyword phrases are easier to rank for. seobook, google KeywordTool and Wordtracker are the most commonly used keyword tools.

5. Get ideas from your potential buyers
Find out what’s most popular at the moment by looking at search trends, you can find great products to sell by getting inspiration from Yahoo Buzz it would be very wise if you keep your eyes open for new hot products, and products on the way, if your one of the first to promote a product you can make a lot of money before the rest of the affiliates finds out about it and wants to join.

There are probably hundreds of different affiliate marketing techniques or approaches to affiliate marketing but all you need is a bunch of them to be making money online with affiliate marketing. It is very important to experiment with different affiliate marketing techniques but if you try to work with every approach you find you will not make as big profits as you would if you stick to a few affiliate marketing techniques that are proven to work. A common mistake that most beginners to affiliate marketing do is they read forums and articles on affiliate marketing techniques and they try little of everything, the problem with that is that they don’t really follow thru on a specific approach long enough to learn how to make it work and they also miss an important part of it. They don’t learn what they did wrong. I would suggest that you experiment with affiliate marketing approaches and once you’ve seen positive results, figure out how to make it better, keep a journal, write down what you learn. Affiliate marketing is a very profitable business to be in. but like any offline business you need to put some planning and effort in to it to make money.
