The first thing to do before even starting to write a review is to find out if the product has potential to sell. As your visitors are reading your review they are pretty much under your influence with in reason, at one point or another you need to ask them to follow your link to the sales page, if you do not ask them to buy from you it is not a certain thing that they will. They might hit the back button and read another review and make a purchase.
